This guy Juan was really polite on 10/28/17 I walked in that mother load of a store and this neca toys happened to be on sale surprise.Juan was helpful when I asked him about some alien eggs I needed they only had the glowing eggs. He shot straight to his stash in the back and retrieved the eggs I needed.Needs to get new stuff do,;five star for the store. Note: Need to get "predator figures."
When I walked in I was blown away by the selection of figures. Just about every thing I've been browsing ebay for or hunting down at Toys R Us. Instant fav.
I usually only review businesses that I like, but after the owner's lame response to Ed's bad experience today, I decided to voice my opinion. It is good business and just plain polite to acknowledge a customer who walks in your door. The person behind the counter today did not greet either one of us. Apparently he was the owner. Shame on you! You owe us both an apology.
It looked like there was some nice stuff, but I was totally ignored by the two individuals behind the counter. I stood in front of them for little over a minute waiting for them to finish discussing a UPS app. They preferred having small talk instead of making a sale. I wasted a drive from Livermore, so I won't be doing that again.
