Never doing business with this place.

Just have an awesome customer experience with Holly Sousa. She is just cheerful, positive and have an incredible customer service and know exactly how to take care of customer and making them want to come back. First time to have this incredible customer service from a rental car. Great job to you Holly.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this location for picking up the rental car.

Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, I went to enterprise to pick up the car I rented. The placed is closed and I saw a female worker standing by the door. At first I thought they were on lunch, but later found that they're closed at 12pm. So I asked the female worker what else I can do since I really need the car for the possible SD trip today. I asked her, why would a person that works there tell me to pick up a car at 12 noon. When they know they closed at 12pm on a Saturday. No apologize and flat affect are the only thing I got from this place.

You can do a lot of improvement in your service if your people are trained to help customers on getting better deals rather than to get as much money from us. You should also train your people on the available benefits of cards being used in your business. I used a double A Citibank Advantage card that offers upto $50,000 insurance coverage for car rentals which I was not aware of when I rented a car at your office. I found out only later from Citibank after paying. My car rental could have been cut in half. As a consequence I paid double of what am supposed to have paid for. I felt reallycheated specially after reading my contract stating a waiver for double charging. I have since gone back to Budget where they give me a full disclosure of available offers to defray additional or double coverages. You see your people should be taught that business is not all money but a lot to do with excellent customer service, delighting your customers. Should have done this earlier. It would take me a lot of convincing before I ever go back to Enterprise. Goodluck to your business.

I book my reservation through Costco Travel. I called Enterprise 2 days prior for the car rental pick up. I spoke to a young lady about my reservation and she states it's on file and she'll see me "at 12 noon."

Easy, quick, and courteous. The reps were also flexible on specific issues. Thanks guys!

I've had a great experience with this rental location so far. They have a very friendly staff who make sure to take great care of the customers. Free pickups and drop-offs are super convenient, and the pickup drivers are very friendly as well.
