The staff are very helpful here. The store is cool, clean and well laid out. I found what I wanted easily and was in and out very quickly. I would definitely go back.
Add $35.00 for what? And how much the sale tax now? Way high??? Salesman I was dealing with? Lazy and don't seems he likes to assist me, hurry up and leave that kind of attitude... I'm done from Best Buy.. Sucks..
Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars in this particular store. Within the past twelve months, I have purchased a range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and miscellaneous smaller items. During the delivery of the range, a piece of wood trim, surrounding a window was damaged by the delivery crew. I contacted BB and was instructed how to file a claim...which I did. I received a couple of initial emails. The first, was an attempt to exhonerate BB and assign blame to the delivery company and the second was from an obscure group, apparently associated with the delivery company. Following that, dead silence. After a month of being ignored, I headed to the BB in Union City and spoke with the sales person and the Pacific sales manager. Both promised assistance but delivered nothing. These people are great when it comes to asking you for your credit card, but evasive and unprofessional should their minions damage your property.
I was there today 11/5/17 with my children to get some laptops. I have to say the staff were awesome hats off to Mike darlyl and Jason they they took the time to really make sure I was satisfied. Thank you guys your awesome
