My wife showed up at 645 (10 minutes early) and he said it would be another 30 minutes. She felt he hadn't started anything yet. We cancelled the order.
We live really close to this place, but this seems to be a pretty unprofessional operation. We won't be back. There are much, much better options around (Bombay Pizza House, Curry Pizza House, Chicago's Pizza with a Twist).

Note that this is really Spencer's grocery store, and they are serving pizza in their spare time for carry out. I called in an order this evening at 6:25 for pickup. I advised the guy that my wife would pick it up. He told me that it would take 30 minutes. 30 minutes seemed like a lot for carry out with what I assume are preformed crusts, but I agreed.
