I sent a refund request by email and contacted the company by phone requesting the same. Days pass and no refund. I contacted PayPal for a resolution. The refund eventually was processed. The time and effort to get this resolved really added up. This is what happens when companies deliberately sell out of stock product. Starting in early September, I began receiving promotional email from the company, they clearly lost me as a customer, and every time I received one, I would use the "unsubscribe" link to stop it. It's now mid November and I have made a total of 21 requests via online/email and 4 phone calls to the company that have resulted in ZERO response. I received another email promotion today November 18 for Black Friday.

sorry to say this - but they are TERRIBLE - do not do business with this co - read all the other 1star reviews .. not a good business 1- once they get your email - identity, they will not let gooooo - they spammmm you all the time 2- when u try to unsubscribe, the site will not allow it ... scammer type action 3- I called and they promised to remove me, NO LUCK - they lied ! - their prices might be ok, but the hassle is not worth the discount !! - sorry to write this - we are older-retired nice honest folks

I buy my dogs food here every month, i love the prices and they are happy with the food!

I placed an order for a tartar control product for my collies in August 2015. The site claimed the items were in stock while other pet product websites were out of stock. I'm in luck! I placed the order and my PayPal account was charged. Two days later I receive an email stating that the items are on back order with no estimated date of delivery and no offer to cancel the order and refund the money.

In my opinion and from my experience, I think the company uses dishonest selling practices, this was no mistake, and they obviously could care less about their customer's time. I would avoid doing business with them.

1. Sells and charges for product they know is not in stock.

2. Lead you to believe a product will be in-stock by stating it was "delayed due to an unexpected and temporary backorder".

4. Waste your time.
